We received an ad advertising authentic New York style chinese food so we thought we would give it a try. Started with lettuce wraps which were tender and flavorful. The only issue was the lettuce was dripping wet. Kung pow chicken was tastey and not overly spicey. Honey garlic chicken was a tad dry but had a good flavor. Stir fried rice tasted like it had been sitting around for a while it was mushy. Over all we enjoyed and will be back but there is room for improvement.

Received a menu flier in the mail about this new place around the corner from us. Ordered take out dishes one night because I wasn't sure if this was a store front Chinese place or a sit down restaurant. When I saw it's location was in a former restaurant location I was happy to see that this was a nice place to come for a sit down meal. I was very surprised at the excellent quality of the food. Large tasty portions at a very reasonable price. Some of the best I've had since moving here over two years ago! I can't wait to go back and try the dim sum.

Food is amazing! Service is terrible. To get take on weekends, you will wait up to an hour. When you get there, your food still will not be ready. There will be several people there complaining about the service. That being said, the food is so good that it is worth it! Best Chinese food I've ever had.

Excellent, authentic DimSim restaurants are so hard to find around S. Florida and Real Wok is just that. Opened just 2 months ago, this restaurant has the best of both worlds... dim sum and full ala carte choices. I had the stuffed mushrooms and steamed ribs dimsum as well as asking for a special request ala carte dish... Chinese sausage with scallions. I was pleasantly surprised when they delivered a large order of perfectly prepared sausage sauted with scallions in a ginger flavored sauce. The dim sum orders were exactly as I had hoped for taste wise and presentation, coming served in the steam tins. An extra added plus is the full bar available. This is a find! Try it... you'll like it! I'll be back soon.

Had dim sum for four people, it was ok... I think it was a little bit pricey for just some dim sum, but around this area there's not much choices besides Grand Lake and Singing Bamboo.

The food is good but that is about the only thing going for this place. The service is horrible they throw the food at you. There zero flexibility with there menu. They way under staffed which is the major problem there. We will not be going back!

Really good, everything is made fresh. With riendly helpful waiters to give you a great experience.

Best dim sum in Palm Beach County. They have the carts rolling around on the weekends and the food is fresh. Prices are average. The restaurant can seat small to large groups.

All I can say is "wow". The food was okay, nothing stood out as exceptional. The service absolutely killed our dining experience. We arrived around 5:30pm, looking forward to sampling their dim sum menu. We put in a couple orders and proceeded to converse. The server asked multiple times throughout our dining experience if we were going to order anything else, but not in a concerned way. She seemed irritated that we weren't ordering more and her anger continued to grow each time she asked. It made us feel very uncomfortable, she even cleared sauces away! Keep in mind, there were only about 5 other occupied tables- the place was not bus at all. I'd planned on ordering dinner, but after being exposed to her attitude I was just turned off to the place. I don't know what the deal was, but I am not the one who chose her profession. Maybe she just needed to blow off some steam, if you know what I mean. The bottom line- this place is not worth it AT ALL. The food is basic and the service is horrible. If I want to pay for an attitude I'll just adopt a teenage girl.

Really good, fresh, and traditional Chinese food. The place was absolutely packed on Friday night. Full bar. Cons: we were the youngest people there by 40 years (west boynton). Very brightly lit. No chopsticks. Forgot soups. Next time we will do takeout-

The food is OK and I wouldn't go as far as to say the food is fanatic. I'm also a firm believer in great communication between the wait staff and the customer. There is only one girl mexican girl there who speaks good English and the are really hard to understand.

best Chinese I have had since I am living in Florida. Great friendly staff. Food comes out slowly but hot . Have not tried the dimsum yet.

Went here with my family. Dim Sum is available all day, everyday. Food is delicious!! Had the beef chow fun and it was the best one by far! But they forgot to bring me my Egg Custard Tarts and instead brung me Shrimp Dumplings! How does a restaurant do that??

Now,I am a happy camper. Simply the best dim sum, NY style, and Hong Kong offerings in Palm Beach county. Reasonable prices to boot. As the former governor of Ca. says, I'll be back. Cut

Place is amazing the food is very authentic and the service is excellent. Tonight we had seafood tofu soup pork belly in casserole and the crispy chicken and a little bit of dim sum

Six months ago I gave them 4 stars because the regular soups were not that good. Then as now the food was terrific. The Dim Sum is as good as any I have ever had. The authentic Chinese dishes are very good. My wife and I were there the other day and we both had the Egg Drop soup which was great. We had the Dim Sum and loved the meal. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to in Palm Beach county.

We had a horrible experience... Reservation for 7.. Nor seated till 7:40 .. Not served till 9:30. They ran out of soup.. Ran out of strimg beans.. My husband's meal came after the rest of our party was finished eating... Tried to get manager but she never came until we were leaving at 10:30. We were a party of 9 and she refuse to change the "tip" which was 20%... It was Christmas BUT to us there is no excuse for over booking .. You made money but you lost us as future customers and we live down the street.

I was told not to expect good Chinese food in Florida. I think we found a gem. We were served a dish of crispy noodles with sweet and sour sauce sauce. Noodles were fresh and crispy plus you are given a pot of hot tea. We started out with fried dumplings. The dough was very thin, not the usual thick doughy consistency, and the dumpling was fried on both sides. I never figured out why they are usually just fried on one side. Very tasty. We shared good pork fried rice and crispy duck. The duck came out with a whitish coating on it. I am assuming it was panco crumbs fried into the skin. We asked for extra crispy and it was done to perfection while keeping the meat moist. The sauce for the duck was not the usual but had a sweet fruity taste to it. Also very good. No room for dessert and a bland diet for the next week after our "fried" night out.

Great food and good service. Dimsum is often greasy, but here. I would definitely come back. And the stir fried dishes are good portion and reasonable price.

My husband and I went here for dinner just a couple hours ago. We are happy to discover this wonderful place and it is so close to us! The moment we got in we were taken care of immediately. The staff were very attentive and nice. It was fun ordering hot tea because there are choices. We ordered the oolong hot tea. We tried their dimsum-chicken feet, siomai and shrimp dumpling and they were very tasty. We also ordered singapore mei fun, which we enjoyed and was not too spicy. We are definitely coming back when they serve dimsum in carts on weekends and whenever we crave dimsum.

Real Wok is the real deal. Full dim sum menu, noodle soups, authentic Chinese home style menu items... I could go on and on. Absolutely delicious and a rare find in these parts of palm beach county. I live in Delray and it's so much more worth the trip than down to Hong Kong BBQ because in my opinion it taste so much fresher and yummier. There's even a Chinese grocer one block north at Lantana Rd. so it makes the trip down south even less appealing since I would go to Hong Kong BBQ so I could pick up a few things at the market next door. No need no more! This is my new destination. Can't wait to go back and try the other dishes, there's so many it may take many, many, many meals. This New York transplant is beyond excited.

Much improved second experience here. The food was improved, not the best around but good, and the service was good but it was Christmas and very busy, so some glitches were expected.

I figure at my advanced age I have eaten out about 3000 times. This meal at Real Wok was a real loser, perhaps the worst I haver eaten ever! They advertised Dim Sum carts on the weekend, but there were none on this Sunday evening. They give you a picture of what the "Dim Sum," which are usually dumplings and like are, and any resemblance to Chinese (or any other kind of comestible is purely an accident. One dish was passable, the crispy shrimp. The so called steamed spareribs and stuffed mushrooms were inedible. The mushrooms were like a piece of something from the the freezer about 12 months old. You couldn't even cut the mushroom, let alone chew it. The stuffing was some garbage that looked like if swept off a street corner. The spareribs were so unappetizing, it took great courage even to put a piece in my mouth. Nothing like the picture on the menu. If it is possible they seems to be canned, unappetizing conclomoration of some unknown species of dog meat, which the Chinese are known to eat. We left most of the meal and hope we will wake up in the morning free of a digestive or worse disorder. My recommendation is "Do Not Eat Here."

I went here yesterday for the first time. The menu was very large and the gentleman that took my order was helpful and made recommendations. The restaurant was not very busy and food was ready very quickly. I ordered beef udon (a noodle dish) and crab Rangoon. The crab Rangoon tasted really good but I did find a couple of hairs in the take out container with the food. This would typically have disgusted me and I would have stopped eating but I was starving and they tasted pretty good...The beef udon was ok. I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor of the sauce on the udon - it was pretty bland and oily and the beef was not good quality. Some pieces were soft and others were extremely chewy. I took this home as take out so I was able to add some sauce that I had at home to add some flavor to the noodles and my dogs didn't complain about the beef. Unfortunately, I don't think I will come here again...I am still on the hunt for good Chinese in my area...or maybe I will just deal with the drive and go to Haus Noodles since the food is consistently amazing there!

Food was good, better prices than grand lakes but the service needs improvement. We were sat with only one fork. When chili oil was requested we had to remind them to bring it. Floor was sticky and the staff smell like mildew.

Glad you're here. Authentic Chinese menu accompanies standard American Chinese fare. Fukien rice dish was very good and my wife says that the lemon chicken is prepared the best here. I have to get back on the weekend to try the dim sum cart. Server Billy is excellent!!

Dim sum was very tasty. We had variety of dishes that met my expectations. I ordered Singapore noodles and it was pleasing to the palate. I would go back for more.

Finally a good Chinese restaurant that serves Dim Sum near Boynton Beach. I had the sticky rice in lotus leaf, the pan-fried chive dumplings and the stuffed bean curd skin. All were as good as any I've had in PB county. Also tried Yu Choy in garlic sauce and Orange beef. The veggies were very good. The beef I like crispier and less sweet but it was head and shoulders above most of the restaurants around here. I like their menu, the prices are reasonable and the décor is modern. I'll be back again to try more. This is also the first Dum Sum place to have draft beer that I know. An excellent dining experience.

  • Jay S.

My favorite place for dimsum. Service is ok...they bring the cart around and have servers constantly offering you these Bite sized, flavor packed morsels of this or that Go on the weekend for the dim sum carts; bring some friends or random people and try a bunch if things; steamed pork buns; lotus leaf wrapped with yummy different types of meats in the middle of rice...it has chicken bones...but still great. Don't be unadventurous and just try the chicken feet once...the nails have been removed..still good to try 1x.

I want to be transparent and say that Mateo, the manager on the night I ate at Real Wok not only did a terrible job of addressing my issue with the food but also did not seem to understand that my complaint was legitimate and real. First off, my wife is Chinese. She's from Guanqzhou, China so she knows real authentic Chinese cooking. This place is not authentic Chinese. The place seemed to be clean so that was a plus. We sat, we ordered two dishes, the beef and broccoli and the beef and baby bok choy. After about 25 minutes we finally got our food. I had to ask for it. Since both my wife and I were starving by this time we dug into both dishes. After sampling them both we commented to each other how salty they were. I mean you could taste the salt. So, we called our waitress over and told her about it and she said, "sorry about that" and walked away. She didn't take it back to the kitchen or offer to fix it. I then asked to see the manager. He came over and I asked him his name, he begrudgingly told me his name was Mateo. I told him that our dishes were way too salty. He looked down at our plates and said "You already ate from them". Wow! Mateo did not want to address our salty dishes and did nothing to rectify the problem with the food. Bad service, bad food = no respect for the customer. Apparently, he has been told to not fix problems with their dishes as this cuts into the profit margin for Real Wok. You can go there if you like but I would not recommend it. On a side note, the dim sum wasn't bad. But I'll never go back and I suggest that you avoid this place like the plague.

Tried the Dim Sum (on a Monday) and would not recommend it. I understand that for a restaurant to have a good level of variety, they have to buy in some items pre made and heat them up. I suggest this restaurant could do a better job of sourcing higher quality items. I didn't try any other items on the menu so those could be much better for all I know. Trying to be fair here, but I can only give two stars. Sorry.

I have been here a few times and the food is mediocre. Restaurant is large and spacious. Great for large parties. They have very authentic dimsum dishes. If you go on the weekends, they will have the push carts. They wheel food around each table and you ask the server to grab what you want. During the weekdays, they will bring it out to you per your order. A few favorite dimsum items of mine here are custard buns, shrimp dumplings, clams with black bean sauce and the chive dumplings. If you are a fan of dumplings, try the chive. Crispy on the outside and vegs and shrimp on the inside - delicious! Each dimsum dish can range from $4-6 average. At night, their dimsum menu is still available but their Chinese menu is decent. I like ordering the wonton noodle soup or the shrimp wonton soup.

Yes, finally, a SOLID place to get Chinese food around here! The staff was very friendly and patient as our party of four took forever to order. We ordered a TON of food.... and the waiter suggested a special birthday noodle dish, which was insane. The food was more on the traditional side and not the usual greasy Chinese food I expect to ear around here. They do DimSum on the weekends, which is something we will certainly go back for! I think we finished 6 main dishes between the four of us as well as a dumpling appetizer. Definitely worth a try! We are so happy that we went here.

I'm an adult who grew up eating Dim Sum every week growing up with my family in NYC. This is definitely a great place for Dim Sum. It's not the best I've ever had and the menu certainly isn't one of the most extensive but it certainly satisfied my craving for my childhood favorites. All of the food we had was great, the Tripe in Ginger & Scallions was a little under seasoned and I only noticed this because it's my favorite item and I eat it often. For someone who's been having Dim Sum all their lives this was the first time I was slightly confused. They led us to the table with the dim sum menu and a pen to fill out our selections. I assumed at this point that the carts would not be passing through as it makes no sense to do both options. But, to my surprise there was a steam cart packed with nearly everything on their menu. I was really excited about the salt and pepper squid but I also found that severely under seasoned and over cooked. Everything else was wonderful and the BBQ Pork Buns were by far the best I've had in years. I'll go back just for those! I'm also accustomed to having oranges after Dim Sum. I'm not sure if this is not a common practice at all Dim Sum restaurants but it's always been my experience in NYC. There definitely needed to be something at the end of the meal to cleanse the palate of all the flavors from our brunch. As far as service is concerned everyone was helpful and engaging. The only failure was that none of the servers who visited our table asked if we wanted anything besides the complimentary tea and water served upon arrival. I thought the pricing was very fair was I'm used to going with a large group so spending anywhere between $40-$90 at Dim Sum is usually on the low end. Because there isn't many options for Dim Sum in our area I will certainly be visiting Real Wok again.

Today was my second visit to Real Wok. The dimsum they serve is not oily and pretty yummy. I usually order shrimp dumplings, thousand year egg with pork chinese porridge, chive dumplings etc. I love their turnip pudding and the string beans hunan style the best. Out of all the dishes I had I wouldn't recommend their beef chowfun or eggtarts. Tip: They advertise that they serve carts of dimsum on Saturday and Sundays. But I was there today and it was only one dimsum cart filled with steamed items. You basically order everything else from the menu. I was dissapointed about that.

So glad a good/authentic Chinese place opened up near my house! And the dim sum here is a big plus too! We ordered a lot of traditional Chinese dishes as well as many dim sum dishes and I liked everything that was ordered. Dim sum is available a la carte every day and dim sum by carts on weekends. Dim sum is pricy compared to New York and other city places but it's the best you can get in this area. Service could use improvements though. Come here for the most authentic Chinese food you can get in Lake Worth / Boynton Beach area!

Big disappointment. Dish (stuffed tofu) was tasteless. Nothing special. I'll return maybe one more time as some of the reviews suggest this place is great. One more chance, but don't suspect I'll be headed back too soon as there are so many other alternatives for Chinese - good Chinese in the area.

Was really happy to find out that there's a dimsum place right round the corner to where I live. Been trying to find a place in Boynton ever since China Dumpling did away with their dimsum. Definitely recommend it. Dimsum was fresh and well prepared. The Har Gow - Crystal Shrimp Dumplings and Sui Mai - Pork & Shrimp Dumplings are always the hallmark of great dimsum. Both were equally good. Tried the Char Siew Pow (BBQ Pork Buns) and Lor Mai Fun (Lotus Leaf Sticky Rice) - both get 2 thumbs up too. The only thing that I wasn't too keen for was the Lor Bak Kow - Turnip cake. It wasn't served hot and was a bit over fried. The Har Cheong and Ngau Cheong (Shrimp/Beef Rice Noodles) were terrific though, same for the congee. They don't have a huge selection of deserts though, the custard tart is ok. Not as flaky as it should be, but not bad either. No complaints about the service either. This is a keeper. They have been open since May 2014, and I can't believe that I didn't find them sooner. I think its because they opened in the previously 'cursed' restaurant space tucked in the corner behind the Chase Bank. There has been so many eateries that have come and gone in that same space - was a Beef O'Brady's, several Italian places, some bar and grill place... all of which closed down. But this time its definitely here to stay. Place has been packed on weekends and there's always a decent dinner crowd there. They have a great authentic Chinese Menu besides the usual 'americanized' chinese food. Their cantonese dishes are definitely good. Try them out. You won't be sorry.

Move over China Dumpling there is a new King in town. Over all I feel like is the best place to be for authentic Chinese and Dim sum lovers in palm beach. The potions of the noodles and fried rice is hug. Every Saturday and Sunday they have the dim sum cart just like when I was in Hong Kong and New York. They have of course the classics like Har Gar (Shrimp dumpling) Sui Mei (pork and shrimp wrap in thin dumpling skin) and roast pig and duck over the glass window but other stuff I have not see for long time like Malaysian sponge cake, watercress with fu yu and fried or sautéed pork intestines. I love lamb and the lamb with ginger and scallion and the jumbo prawns glazed with honey and walnut on top. I am so happy they open a good authentic Chinese Restaurant in this area which is needed badly. I will definitely be back soon to discover they have to offer.

We normally drive down to Miami to Tropical Chinese for Dim Sum but we decided to try this place out since it was closer. We went on a Sunday at 12 noon and surprisingly only 4 tables had guests. A few were Asian, so that was a good sign. We tried the lotus wrapped rice, the house dumplings, the fried shrimp balls, shrimp paste, shrimp rice balls, and roasted duck. The shrimp paste, shrimp rice balls, fried shrimp balls, and roasted duck were good. The lotus wrapped rice was weird and had bones in it!? We decided to take that home until the waiter came over and poked it with his fingers, decided to toss it after that. I've never seen someone poke my food to go before, weird. The service was pretty crap, the Asian lady pushing the cart (1 cart in the whole restaurant) was rude. Overall the experience did not live up to expectations, we will be driving down to Miami to Tropical Chinese for a more authentic Dim Sum experience next time.

I ordered the honey walnut shrimp, shrimp chow fun and i got veggie fried rice. It was good and it was the best Chinese food in Palm Springs/Beach well that I've had in Florida. Im from Los Angeles and the Chinese food in Florida really sucks so its nice to have this place that can satisfy my cravings :) Its not like LA food but hey its the best I've tried here in south Florida. I do wish the honey walnut shrimp was more authentic but its still good. The chow fun was delicious. It came out to 30 something and to me thats a bit pricy since in LA i pay less for more food but its alright FL is more expensive in food. :)

It's rare to find a place that has dim sum in my neck of the woods so I was excited to give this place a try. We went on a weekday around 7pm. We were the only Asians in there. Everyone else was Jewish. I don't know if the waitress didn't like serving other Asian people but she wasn't very personable. She came over with the house duck sauce, hot mustard and fried wonton skins but instead of just leaving them on our table, she asks "you want these noodles?" Weird. Then she brings over hot tea which is really nice that you don't have to ask for it. We ordered a few dim sum dishes to start and ordered some main dishes too. Then we tried to order more dim sum dishes and she tells me that I need to just put all my order in all at once. So we order more dishes but she brings over a dish I didn't order. It sat for a while then we decided to just eat it. Then she came over 15 minutes later and tells me that the dish wasn't for us. So I told her to just add it to my bill. She was so rude. We had to ask for chop sticks in the middle of our meal cause she didn't offer it. Meanwhile she's refilling water cups at the table next to us but wouldn't refill our water or even check on us. I think it might be a cultural thing where she's nicer to the non Asian customers and treats other Asians like crap. Anyways, the food was pretty good but kinda pricy compared to other dim sum restaurants. Most dim sum dishes are about $4.50 a plate which is pretty pricy considering you get 3 dumplings per dish. As for the food, the shrimp wrapped in bacon was crispy and delicious, the duck noodle soup had good broth, cha jang noodles actually tasted better as a leftover, fried custard dumpling was great - it's like a fried mochi with custard inside, the glutinous fried pork dumping was the same as the custard but with pork inside - it wasn't that good, the fried shrimp balls were delicious, and I always order shrimp rice paste at dim sum places - is a nostalgic thing for me. If the service was good, I would've given them 4 stars even though it's pricey. I heard that on weekends (early) the places is filled with Chinese people for dim sum. Maybe I'll check it out then.

Whenever coming down to FL to visit my parents, we always make sure to come here for dinner during my stay! Love the choice of dim sum that they have available. The fried rice is also very good. This is a NY style Chinese restaurant in terms of the quality of their food. There's also a menu available for authentic Chinese food, which is a plus.

Best dim sum in Lake worth. The roast duck's skin was very crispy, 5 stars. steamed chicken foot and steam ribs are my favorite. I miss the flavor and will come back some time. Just hope their price can be lower :D.

Best dim sum place around palm beach. Spacious, decently price (For a dine-in, authentic Chinese restaurant), good amount of selection of dim sums. Their dinner meals are not bad either.

The best combo for me was Sausage fried rice and the Wot shu duck. Best fried rice that I had, normally I would take one serving of fried rice but this I got two. Wot shu duck was surprisingly very good, I am very pleased to have this food for the first time.

I loved this restaurant and still like it. The dim sum and other dishes offered here are very delicious and authentic (rather rare in south Florida). However, my most recent visits have made me very concerned with the restaurant's hygiene issues. Let's take today's visit as an example: we were given two bowls for the noodle soup we ordered. Both were visibly dirty. So we let our the waitress know and got two replacements. Surprisingly, the two replacements were still dirty and after seeing that, the waitress tried to use her fingers to wipe out some dirt at the bottom of one of the bowls... I like great tasting foods but I think hygiene is always the most important. From my experience, this place is below average among similar restaurants and I may no longer visit it unless I am sure this is significant improvement.

We are great fans of Chinese food but have been repeatedly disappointed by Chinese restaurants is South Florida. This restaurant hit the mark. Its ambiance is very much like many in Chinatown NY. Fast, pushy service in a basic no frill environment. Three Dim Sum dishes all had the correct taste and were well prepared, although I thought the portions were a bit small for the price. Our dining partners found their shrimp in lobster sauce to be delicious. Mei fun noodles were well seasoned and had an aromatic taste. Kung pau chicken was less successful, with a one dimensional sauce that lacked enough spice. Lunch portions of soup are very meagre. I made a note, based on other reviews, to take a good look at the floor, cups and cutlery. All were clean, without problem. This is a solid Chinese restaurant frequented by Chinese locals.

I was really excited to try this place after reading the positive reviews. We recently came here for dim sum and it was disappointing. The ha gow skin was hard, so hard it broke with the shrimp popping out. The cha su bao actually has decent bbq meat on the inside but the bun was too thick and tasteless. The siu Mai skin fell off and the meat was not palatable. The ha churn fun skin was again hard, cold and the shrimp fell out. The sticky rice was too salty and just bad. Overall, it's sad to see how bad dim sum can be. I don't think this restaurant takes pride it its food for it to serve such sub par dim sum. If this place wasn't in a area with low Chinese population it would not survive.

This Dim Sum/Authentic Chinese foodaria is pretty good, but Sunday night is not the best time to go. All of the traditional Sunday night Chinese Restaurant diners are crowding in and the place gets overwhelmed so the service is slow. My server was awfully good under the circumstances and so was the food. They ran out of day old rice for the fried rice, but the sausage was very good. I am sure it was a dry sausage (qite nicely salty). Their Lamb with ginger and scallions was tender and had flavor and so did the Wor Shu Duck (too much batter however, I like it fried in cornstarch). Their best items were the Chive Toasts and Fried Shrimp Balls. Their decor is OK, but just that; a little institutional. I want to go back and try their chicken feet; they are normally quite telling. My grips are: 1. only Sweet n Low, none of Lyle's Splenda 2. no wifi 3. Special Won Ton Soup was nothing special and over priced at $9.95 for two. 4. the Dim Sum are a little high $4.50 avg for three

My husband and I are used to NY Metro style Chinese food. We've lived in FL four years and hadn't discovered Chinese food that lived up to our expectations, until Real Wok was recommended. We finally have a Chinese restaurant to call home! Plan to return soon and often.

If service was better, it would get 5 stars. Most authentic and delicious Chinese Food south of New York. Dim Sum carts on weekend and menu all week. Best beef pan fried noodles around. Love the classic tea and crunchies. Great soup and egg rolls. Authentic Chinese Menu or American Classics. Service is not great especially on weekends, but I still go every few weeks from Delray because it's that good. Enjoy!

I'm from nyc so this place is like a fancier Chinese take out place for me. For florida standards, I guess this place is not bad. All the bbq items are not that fresh and the food overall is on the salty side. The crispy chicken, I couldn't go back for a second piece. It just tasted like microwaved chicken.

Let's get this straight. I adore dim sum, it just it's wallet friendly sometimes. I love trying everything; however, I always judge a dim sum restaurant by their sui mai and lotus wraps. I liked everything from the chicken feet to the spare ribs, the chow fun, custard buns. There was only one dish that I wasn't fond of and that was the lotus wrap, a bummer. The restaurant is very nice, and I love eating cart style. (they come in carts to offer fresh dim sum.) I'm glad that they opened in my area, since I would usually have to go to Orlando to get quality food.

Though I think a second visit is in order, this place has impressed me. Located in a strip mall, it's not by any means a fancy place. But whoever said that was a necessity for Chinese dining. It is well lit in daylight, offers a full-bar and service was attentive. i was impressed by the authentic Cantonese and dim sum offerings here. There's also familiar fare on the menu for non-adventurous diners. On my first visit I sampled fried chive dumplings, not really what I wanted due to some difficulty communicating the Chinese on the menu to our waitress, but they were grease free and packed with flavorful greens. An order of clams in black bean sauce brought about 3 dozen manila clams (the size of a half dollar coin, if you remember them) in one of the tastiest black bean sauces I've ever tried. Honey garlic chicken, not necessarily authentic, was crunchy, light and reminded me of the honey fried, candy-coated bananas I've had in Chinese eateries in the past. Will visit again on a weekend for yum cha, when the dim sum carts are in action.

We (used to) love their Dim Sum menu and ordered Take-out every few weeks. We've been eating there for a couple months, too. Their food was delicious. Until one day, we ordered what we usually ordered from their Dim Sum menu (including Fried Shrimp Balls, Turnip Cake, Bean Curd Skin Roll, etc etc). I ordered by phone, picked them up, tipped them gracefully, and went my merry way home. Upon opening the boxes, you could immediately tell that MOST of the Dim Sum food was reheated and they tasted disgusting. They were drenched with thick oil, salty, and Fried Shrimp Balls were dark and not crispy at all; they were nearly burnt!. We don't appreciate restaurants (especially Dim Sum restaurants) reheating their obviously day-old food and then re-serving them to us. We know exactly what freshly-cooked Dim Sum foods look like and I'll be highly offended if they believe they can pass off the "reheated garbage" to us. Would not suggest to friends and family.

Wow we both loved the food!! This has got to be the best around here for sure. I had the general toas. The chicken was very tenter and the sauce was awsome. Kelly had the chicken & eggplant . They cooked the eggplant perfectly. That is tuff to do. Cause if is under cooked is chewy, if its over cooked its bitter. There is a very fine line between the too. This realy is a must try place..

Try the Salt & Pepper Squid! Amazing flavor. That dish will have me coming back a lot. The Crispy chicken dish was slightly salty. The Beef Chow Fun was really good. Great Dim Sum choices. Cooked to order. The Bacon Wrapped Shrimp is a MUST HAVE! My mother-in-law said the House Special Fried Rice was amazing as well. Nothing was over sauced. The service was very attentive.

Worst egg drop soup ever. I can't understand why so many people rave about the food. Do they just not know good Chinese food? I would literally run back to my beloved Golden East Garden in East Brunswick NJ if it weren't for the subzero temps and just how awful the soup was. Salty, and tasting not fresh. We ordered 3 other dishes we waited an hour for and never received. We tried to get the waitress' s attention to find out when our food was coming as everyone around us was getting food. I will say the dumplings looked good as well as vegetables at other tables BUT sitting there with no adequate food for over an hour and no manager came over... we gave up.

The food is ok. The reason why I gave it one star because the restaurant didn't just fail once, but twice. I went to eat with my family their several times already. The first couple time weren't too bad, but the most recent two just getting worst. The first time when I had problem, because the food was too salty. Asked the server to replace another one, it came out the same. So, we asked the server why don't you just take one and try it for yourself (We told him we are returning the food, but we will still pay for it, because we felt bad that he had to take it back the second time). The second time was today, we went to eat again as a family. This time we found a piece of hair in one of our dishes. We just pulled it out and didn't want to make it a big deal in the restaurant, plus we have a little boy with us. Well, it didn't stop there. We found two rubber bands in our vegetable that they just brought out! Seriously? Although the server took it back and get us a new plate. I don't think my family and I will go back again. We felt like the place just got worst as we keep going back.

Best dim sum in Lake worth. The roast duck's skin was very crispy, 5 stars. steamed chicken foot and steam ribs are my favorite. I miss the flavor and will come back some time. Just hope their price can be lower :D.

Best dim sum in Palm Beach County. They have the carts rolling around on the weekends and the food is fresh. Prices are average. The restaurant can seat small to large groups.

Went here with my family. Dim Sum is available all day, everyday. Food is delicious!! Had the beef chow fun and it was the best one by far! But they forgot to bring me my Egg Custard Tarts and instead brung me Shrimp Dumplings! How does a restaurant do that??

We had a horrible experience... Reservation for 7.. Nor seated till 7:40 .. Not served till 9:30. They ran out of soup.. Ran out of strimg beans.. My husband's meal came after the rest of our party was finished eating... Tried to get manager but she never came until we were leaving at 10:30. We were a party of 9 and she refuse to change the "tip" which was 20%... It was Christmas BUT to us there is no excuse for over booking .. You made money but you lost us as future customers and we live down the street.

Best dim sum place around palm beach. Spacious, decently price (For a dine-in, authentic Chinese restaurant), good amount of selection of dim sums. Their dinner meals are not bad either.

Sorry.

Glad you're here. Authentic Chinese menu accompanies standard American Chinese fare. Fukien rice dish was very good and my wife says that the lemon chicken is prepared the best here. I have to get back on the weekend to try the dim sum cart. Server Billy is excellent!!

Where do I begin? I'm from NYC... and I know good Chinese food... And I have a passion for Dim Sum..... SO, when I tried Real Wok for the first time I was beyond pleased. The Spicy Clam Clear Noodle Casserole is the best I've ever had. So fresh and flavorful. Each dim sum dish was better than the next. I used to eat at China Dumpling House prior to the new owners who ruined it. CDH cannot hold a candle to Real Wok! I highly recommend Real Wok! The best Chinese food for miles!

My husband and I are used to NY Metro style Chinese food. We've lived in FL four years and hadn't discovered Chinese food that lived up to our expectations, until Real Wok was recommended. We finally have a Chinese restaurant to call home! Plan to return soon and often.

Some of the best chinese/Asian food I've had in a while. Refreshing ingredients, relaxed atmosphere, courteous staff. Definitely try the Dim Sum options. Moderately priced.

I will say the dumplings looked good as well as vegetables at other tables BUT sitting there with no adequate food for over an hour and no manager came over... we gave up.

Now,I am a happy camper. Simply the best dim sum, NY style, and Hong Kong offerings in Palm Beach county. Reasonable prices to boot. As the former governor of Ca. says, I'll be back. Cut

Best dim sum in Palm Beach County. They have the carts rolling around on the weekends and the food is fresh. Prices are average. The restaurant can seat small to large groups.

Really good, fresh, and traditional Chinese food. The place was absolutely packed on Friday night. Full bar. Cons: we were the youngest people there by 40 years (west boynton). Very brightly lit. No chopsticks. Forgot soups. Next time we will do takeout-

We have been looking for a great dim sum restaurant ever since China Dumpling went downhill. This place was fabulous! Hot fresh food on the cart, and a great full menu to boot! Friendly and prompt service. Will definitely be back!!

The food is OK and I wouldn't go as far as to say the food is fanatic. I'm also a firm believer in great communication between the wait staff and the customer. There is only one girl mexican girl there who speaks good English and the are really hard to understand.

Glad you're here. Authentic Chinese menu accompanies standard American Chinese fare. Fukien rice dish was very good and my wife says that the lemon chicken is prepared the best here. I have to get back on the weekend to try the dim sum cart. Server Billy is excellent!!
